Digital Service Delivery:
1: Once your payment is successfully processed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), you will receive an email confirmation of your booking at the email address provided during checkout.
2: You will also receive details and instructions for scheduling/joining your 1-to-1 Growth Call session (via Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp).
3: Delivery of our service is considered complete once the scheduled session is conducted.
Timeline:
1: Confirmation emails are generally delivered instantly after successful payment.
2: In rare cases, due to technical issues, emails may take up to 24 hours to arrive.
